Depending on the scope of the project, you may request approval drawings before actual production begins. Once a final proposal is agreed upon and an order is received, actual manufacturing of the system begins. Scott's equipment engineering personnel provide our production team with a blueprint for success that virtually guarantees peak performance of your system. Production specialists work from detailed documentation that includes system specifications, CAD drawings and a complete bill of materials. Assembly is accomplished in stages using stock components from Scott's large inventory of high-quality gas handling equipment. Only those components built by top-name manufacturers with a proven history of reliable performance are used in the construction of Scott custom gas delivery systems. Throughout the construction phase, performance testing and quality inspections are performed to ensure the integrity and anticipated performance of your finished system.
On-time delivery
Since most system components are drawn from Scott's extensive inventory of gas handling equipment, nearly every gas delivery system we build is delivered on or before the scheduled delivery date. Throughout the production process, we keep you informed of our progress, and notify you immediately should we encounter an unanticipated delay in receiving a particular component from its manufacturer. When it comes time to ship your system, extra care is used to protect your system during shipment through the use of specially designed boxes and packaging materials. As a further measure to ensure your satisfaction with your gas delivery system, a detailed instruction manual is provided. On-site training is also available to aid in your startup.
